Tariff from NZ$835 per night.
Tariff is in New Zealand Dollars and is inclusive of GST (New Zealand Goods and Services Tax).
Special tariff may apply outside peak season.

- A minimum of 3 nights per stay is required.
- A maximum of 7 guests per night.
- All linen and complimentary toiletries are supplied.
- Local phone calls are free of charge.
- We offer a secure coded credit card payment facility. We accept Visa and Mastercard.

Additional towels and sheets are available at the apartment at no extra cost.
Daily servicing is available on prior request for an additional NZ$100 per service.
Terms and conditions
- A deposit of 25% of the total stay price is required on booking.
- Full payment is required 14 days prior to arrival.
- Cancellation more than 30 days prior to your arrival will incur a booking fee of NZ$250
- Cancellation within 30 days of your stay will incur a loss of deposit.
- Cancellation within 14 days of your stay will result in full payment charged to your credit card.
- Check-in time is after 2pm. Check-out time is before 11am on day of departure.

- Smoking is not permitted at Lake Street Apartment.
- We regret family pets and animals are not invited.
- We recommend you arrange your own travel insurance prior to your stay.
- Lake Street Apartment reserves the right to charge your credit card with any breakage or damage costs that occur during your stay.
- Lake Street Apartment accepts no responsibility for any loss/damage or injury to any guests or their property.
- Lake Street Apartment endeavours to maintain all facilities and appliances in full working order.
In the event of any malfunction, we will strive to rectify the problem as soon as possible.
