Tariff

• A maximum of 6 guests per night
• All linen and complimentary toiletries are supplied
• Cleaning is once per week unless otherwise requested
  Daily servicing is available on prior request for an additional NZ$100 per service
• Additional towels and sheets are available at no extra cost

• A deposit of 25% of the total stay price is required on booking
• Full payment is required 14 days prior to arrival
• A flat fee of 10% will be retained should the booking be cancelled more than 30 days prior to arrival date
• Cancellation of booking 14 - 30 days prior to arrival date will incur a 25% cancellation fee
• Cancellation of booking within 14 days of arrival date will result in full payment charged to your credit card
• We offer a secure coded credit card payment facility. We accept Visa and Mastercard.

• Check-in time is after 2pm
• Check-out time is before 11am on day of departure
• Other times available by prior arrangement
• Smoking is not permitted at Jack's Point Retreat
• We regret family pets and animals are not permitted
• We recommend you arrange your own travel insurance prior to your stay
• Jack's Point Retreat reserves the right to charge your credit card for any breakage or damage costs that occur during your stay
• Jack's Point Retreat accepts no responsibility for any loss/damage or injury to any guests or their property
• Jack's Point Retreat endeavours to maintain all facilities and appliances in full working order
• In the event of any malfunction, we will strive to rectify the problem as soon as possible
